A Consultant On Finance
In the country, organizations that are close to train a consultant on finance, technology, attracting talent, training and quality of processes, among other issues, has been increasing. But the majors are not alone in seeking that help, also has a market in small and medium enterprises.
In Mexico, between 10 and 15% of medium-sized organizations are “being encouraged to use these experts”, according to data from the lead partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Advice, Juan Solis.
Many SMEs are afraid to approach this service “because they feel they are not for them (and on the question of costs). However, it is important to convey that “a consultant close to them can generate many benefits, especially in times of crisis, for example, give them strategies to improve profits and internal processes,” he added.
Under the market that represent these companies in the country, several consulting firms have established products and packages that meet the needs of payment and operation of these, said the director of the consulting Workcenter, Ana Alatriste.
About “45.000 sized organizations represent the potential group to address. We must go to the houses and related organizations to make alliances with them and talk about the advantages of having a service like this,” said Solis.
The consulting industry in Mexico is 1,000 million dollars, according to estimates by consultancy KPMG. Among the most requested in times of economic crisis, include everything about aligning processes, reduce costs and operational efficiency.
In the early 90s, said Solis could hardly have about 20 consultants, there are now 60 or 70 of reputation and an endless list of places that offer advice, like ’boutique specializing in only one subject.
